What if I told you that you could discover your passion in 7 minutes or less?
You’d probably think I was crazy.
And maybe I am, but you have to ask yourself: Do you want to wait in order to live a passionate life, or do you want to start now?
For years, I was trapped in the belief that I had to do or be something in order to enjoy life.
Luckily, it doesn’t have to be that way, because you can do it now.
You’ll discover the how in the video below.
And if you don’t know, I started a YouTube channel a while ago, and I started posting regular YouTube videos.
Not all of these videos will be posted here on the blog, because I will be sharing a lot of different things that don’t always fit here, so make sure you subscribe to my YouTube channel to get updates.
How to Find Your Passion in 7 Minutes
Have you tried what I mentioned in the video?
If so, how did it go, or if you ran into obstacles, what were they?

Some of us do not even know what excites us. What if nothing excites us? What if excitement frightens us? What then…
I actually enjoy your blog very much. I like the themes of following your heart and overcoming anxiety through action.
Thanks for all your wisdom and for sharing your ideas.
Great questions, Lois. I’m going to do my best to answer these in my next video. Make sure you’re subscribed to my YouTube channel because I won’t be posting it here right away.
Update: the video is now up at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Goh_51mpTvU
I enjoy your audio and video tips so much! Thank you for being so soft spoken, present, genuine and informative. I use excitement aka “my inner GPS” for guidance. Anytime I have found myself off track or lacking spirit, or that *OOMPH*, I was pursuing something or involved with something that I did not feel excited about. Those moments are good guides, however… they help you to decipher what you do NOT want. (As long as you take notice and are aware of this) Thanks again Henri, for all your great insight!
Yes, yes and yes.
Even the discovering what you DON’T want is a part of the pie. Failure is a stepping stone to success. Mistakes are good, not bad.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Lynda. I really appreciate it.
Henri,
I love how you explained this. Just beautifully put!
When we stop “thinking” so much and let the heart lead us we end up connecting with joy. The Joy/Excitement is the way our intuition communicates with us. That “feeling” is saying, “Do this – go here – call this person….” Following that feeling will lead us to connect to our “passion” and to create a deeply satisfying happy and joy filled life.
Thanks so much for sharing this inspiring and informative video.
Best,
Angela
Hey Angela!
Thanks for the kind words. And you’re right on. We are held back by our thinking and the ideas we choose to believe in.
We start thinking about what others will think of us, or what if we fail, or something else. It’s a struggle between mind and heart.
Great advise. I like that passion is listening to ur heart and enjoy the current moment. Try what you enjoy for one week, so experiment is the key.
Absolutely!
This is a very insightful video that really elaborates on how to find one’s passion in life. I love Wake Up Cloud! This is a really neat blog. Also, I put a link to this blog post and your blog in general in my most recent blog post.
Thanks Kevin, for the kind words and the link. You rock!
