    Great advice as usual Henri. I tried meditation a few times and as you say, when it took effort I always came away feeling unenergised. Then I started to just sit quietly and ‘allow’ thoughts to come. Just 5 minutes here and there. Pretty quickly this became an incredibly rewarding practice. I feel calm and have sooooo many great ideas in those moments. 🙂

      Oh yeah. That’s exactly as it should be.

      It’s when we struggle and try to do something that we end up depleted. The best advice is to “just sit” as they say in Zen.
