In this episode you’ll discover how to overcome stress, fear and uncertainty in business.
And yes, this works in regular life as well.
As usual, I’ll share my biggest mistakes, and what I do today to deal with fear and uncertainty.
The problem is not what you think. It’s much simpler than that. You can let go of fear right here, right now, if you are willing.
This is stuff I’ve discovered through trial and error over the past decade or so.
And now I want to share it with you.
Here are a few key points:
- Why you don’t have to wait for peace of mind (because it’s right here)
- The biggest mistakes I’ve made (and how to avoid them)
- What is really behind all negative thought
- How to let go of stress, fear and uncertainty, right now
- A concrete example of what I do, when I do it, and how I do it
- The dance floor factor, and how it determines your level of happiness
And if you want to go deeper into what I talk about in this episode, I suggest you check out The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. He also has plenty of talks on YouTube for free.

Really good episode. I can see you’ve studied Eckhart Tolle, and you’ve grasped his concepts very well. You communicate it clearly. I have studied this content too, but as usual, I found being reminded incredibly helpful. Thanks for that. 🙂
Absolutely. I love Eckhart’s stuff. So simple. So clear.
I found his book, The Power of Now, first time about 6 years ago in a book store in Bangkok, of all places.
Every year since then, there’s been a sort of deepening happening.
I’m gonna keep this: ” Give yourself happiness”. The better advice for me today….thank you friend.
glad to hear this episode. before then, i was frustrated for being alone and working for my dream ineffectively. Actually, i first subscribed it for improving my english, could you believe it, I am a chinese and got stuck in my chinglish. henceforth, i try to be an inspiring girl, encourage and motivate my friends who just get by with no idea of dreams.
thanks henri, i really feel like i synchronised with you in the ether at the perfect time.
the last week ive taken a step back in general as i was overwhelming myself with trying to crete new habits of discipline that would keep me motivated to get my site going.
I realised though that if im trying to make myself think to much about how to get things happening, i just get lost and im not really in my authentic state, or the now.
You are 100% right, there is nothing to add to us to make us “happier”. It is all here, now.
the hard part i’m finding is how to create the balance between being present and taking action. This is difficult!
thanks again 🙂
Gavin
It’s not always easy, but if you can let go of the thought that says there needs to be a balance, it’ll make things easier.
Always happy to read your thoughts, Gavin.
Keep rocking!
Henri,
I am so glad that I caught the podcast. I’ve tried practicing the technique these few days.
Just yesterday, I was made to do a tiny pitch (without rehearsing) in front of some people I respect.
I felt extremely nervous. I tried your technique about allowing the nervousness in and accepting it. It was extremely tough to do. Something strange happened as well
For the minute that I was presenting, I feel like I’m myself, in control. At the same time, I feel like I was not in control of my movements, everything came so naturally and I had no time to react.
Strange, but awfully glad I tried it out.
That’s fantastic. Now you’ve had a taste of what it’s like.
Keep allowing things to happen in your life and taking it to the next level. Life will get interesting if you do that.
Thanks for sharing!
Wonderful podcast, Henri!
I just created two 1,400+-word blog posts by applying what you shared in this podcast. Awesome stuff! Truly the missing key to making the law of attraction work in your life consistently. Thanks for putting this out.
Cheers,

Hey Henri,
Thank you for introducing me to Eckhart Tolle, picking up his book and just found the youtube channel too (I guess 50K subscribers and almost 10 million views can’t be wrong!)
It is very hard to believe you once struggled in the beginning since you seem to be really in control the whole time I’m listening to you.
I think this question is going to sound a bit dumb because I should know this by now but here it goes anyway:
Do you meditate or practice breathing exercises?
Sometimes anxiety just doesn’t lets me see any further from what I need to achieve, I can get rid of this with exercise (jogging) but then again, I start feeling bad that I should be working instead of exercising so I know it sounds a bit contradictory but that’s exactly what happens.
What a dilemma right? lol
Anyway, thanks again for all your teachings man, I know I’m going to be laughing at all of this very soon.
Sergio
Hey Sergio,
Glad you enjoyed the episode.
I first came in contact with meditation a decade ago, and I’ve been doing it regularly for the last 5 years or so, so I’ve had a lot of practice.
And meditation has changed my life. It’s the one thing I wish more people did. It’s not easy, but it literally changes your brain.
If you ever want any help getting started, just let me know. Would be happy to help out.
